Scholarship Award Management Access Request

This form can be used to request or remove access to the campus-wide scholarships award management system called Blackbaud Award Management (BAM). Access to BAM allows for awarding and renewing scholarships, collection of post-acceptance documents and data gathering. A supervisor can remove access on behalf of an employee.
