We're often asked by visitors if they can mount their camera and take pictures through the telescopes. Unfortunately, we aren't able to accomodate this request. The set-up time is lengthy, and the focus and exposure procedure is quite a bit more difficult than you might expect. This would prevent other visitors from having access to the telescope for stargazing.

You may, however, take pictures of and around the telescopes, but only if you do not use a flash! A flashbulb will destroy the night vision and dark adaptation of others visitors, and cannot be permitted.
