In support of the campus's goal to offer a majority of Fall 2021 classes in person, we're extending update access in Campus Solutions until 11:59 p.m. on March 22. In-person classes will need to have the seat capacities re-evaluated and adjustments made as appropriate. Batch rooming will occur in May.
If you're newly eligible for grade replacement for the above course(s) under this temporary policy adjustment, we will retroactively approve your initial request(s). If approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and your previous grade will be replaced with the grade from your latest attempt in your cumulative GPA and credit totals.
Today we were alerted to a system error that prevented approximately 4,000 students from receiving our automated enrolled from waitlist notification for Spring 2021.
As of Tuesday, Feb. 2, department admins must request a course change (including a drop forward or drop back) by submitting an online special action form to the Office of the Registrar. If the department tries to make the change, the student will be assigned W grades.
To foster diversity, equity and inclusion, CU systems allow you to indicate your gender identity, name pronunciation, preferred name, pronouns and/or sexual orientation, if you choose.
To resolve this issue, submit an SSN/TIN update form and a copy of your SSN or TIN card to the Office of the Registrar by mail or secure document upload by 5 p.m. on March 12, 2021.
At this time, all incorrectly canceled class waitlists have been restored and waitlisting is now available; however, you need to set up drop if enrolled again (see below).
