May Graduates: Upcoming University Deadlines

We sent this email at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025, to students who were enrolled in Spring 2025 classes and were also one of the following:
- An undergraduate student with more than 100 total in-progress credit hours (including transfer credit)
- A graduate student with more than 10 total in-progress credit hours (including transfer credit)
- A third-year law student

Saturday, March 1
- Graduate & MBA students: Last day to submit or cancel a spring graduation application (11:59 p.m.).
Thursday, March 27
- Graduate & MBA students: Last day to purchase master's or doctoral regalia online (11:59 p.m.).
Tuesday, April 1
- All students: Last day to submit a spring or summer graduation application to get your name in the 2024–25 commencement program (11:59 p.m.).
- Law students: Last day to submit or cancel a spring graduation application (11:59 p.m.).
Thursday, May 1
- Undergrads: Last day to submit or cancel a spring graduation application (11:59 p.m.).
Thursday, May 8
- Degrees are conferred.
- Commencement ceremony 2025 begins at 8:30 a.m. on Folsom Field. See Spring Commencement for details.
Thursday, May 8–Saturday, May 10
- Colleges, schools, departments and programs host virtual recognition ceremonies. See spring recognition ceremonies for details.
