If you successfully completed your degree requirements this fall, congratulations! Here's what happens next.
Monday, Jan. 3
- Last day to update your diploma name and address. If you don't enter a diploma address, we'll mail your diploma to your home address instead.
International delivery: We've been running into significant delays and complications with international delivery of diplomas and other documents. We strongly advise you to enter a local/domestic diploma address to ensure delivery to yourself or a trusted individual.
Friday, Jan. 14
- Transcripts with degrees posted are available for order after 5 p.m. If you don't have a financial hold, you can order an official transcript online.
Friday, Jan. 21
- Transcripts with certificates posted are available for order after 5 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 2
- Your complimentary certified electronic diploma is ready to download.
- Paper diplomas are mailed out. Please allow four to six weeks for domestic delivery.
Diploma covers: Many academic departments and colleges distributed diploma covers during their 2021 Winter Recognition Ceremonies. If you still need one, you may pick one up at the Office of the Registrar during normal business hours free of charge.
Tuesday, Feb. 8
- If you earned one, your complimentary certified electronic certificate is ready to download.
- Paper certificates are mailed out. Please allow four to six weeks for electronic delivery.
