Pilates Reformer training offers a refreshing Mind Body workout. During the course of a 45-minute session you will build strength, gain long lean muscles as well as improve flexibility, balance and posture. By utilizing the progressive resistance created by weighted springs, participants will engage muscles and use breathing to reach new levels of movement. As one progresses, the challenge becomes significantly greater. We offer many types of reformer training from privates to group classes, choose the one that fits you best.

Group Classes 

Register for a Pilates Reformer small group training class and experience the benefits of reformer training. All levels are welcome. Classes are held in the Mind Body Studio. Each session is 4 weeks long.  

Reformer

Strength, stamina and flow are at the heart of Pilates Reformer classes. By utilizing spring controlled resistance, you will build your core strength, increase your flexibility, raise your endurance and enhance your coordination. Experience how Pilates Reformer training enhances functional fitness, elongates and sculpts lean muscles and improves your sport performance. This is a fundamental class for people who have used a reformer less than 8 times or anyone who is interested in learning proper technique for reformer exercises. The class moves through basic to advanced exercises, while keeping things fun and challenging.

Pilates Tower

Find your power in this tower class! Pilates Tower offers a fun and unique way to build your strength and balance by using spring resistance with various attachments on a stationary surface. This class combines classical and contemporary Pilates exercises to help improve overall flexibility, enhance posture and increase body awareness. Pilates Tower is a great class to combine with our Pilates Reformer or mat classes.

Returning Fall 2019

Privates

 A private 45 minute reformer session allowing for complete focus on individual movment pattern and areas of need. Emphasis is placed on proper technique and form. 

  • One Session: $50
  • Three Sessions: $144 ($48/session)
  • Six Sessions: $270 ($45/session)

Duets

Pilates Reformer training with a partner. This course offers an extra element of fun while sharing a session with a friend.

  • One Session: $65
  • Three Sessions: $189 ($63/session)
  • Six Sessions: $360 ($60/session)

Additional Information

  • All Pilates Reformer sessions are 45 minutes.
  • Sessions are available by appointment only and require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Register with Rec Center Guest Services and bring your receipt of purchase to the Wellness Suite to be matched with a trainer.
  • All reformer sessions expire 1 year from date of purchase. Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • No show and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will be charged for the session.
