We offer a variety of classes allowing participants to explore movement through dance. Classes are progressive in nature so you can try something new or enhance technique in your favorite style.
Ballet Techniques Continuation
The first half of this comprehensive course will take place at the barre, as participants learn plié, tendu, rond de jambe and more. The second half of the class will cover floor work including basic turns and jumps. This class is ideal for true beginners and dancers wishing to strengthen their foundational training.

This open-level class fuses movements from jazz, ballet and modern dance into one highly physical and playful technique. Learn strength, coordination and control training central to ballet, an expressive use of the arms and torso fundamental to modern dance styles combined with the expressiveness of jazz.

Learn hip-hop fundamentals in a fun, upbeat style. You will learn the foundations of hip-hop styles including house, breakdancing and popping, as well as basic choreography and cypher skills. This class is great for those who are new to dance.
In this class we will strengthen the muscles used while wearing heels, in addition to building self- confidence, developing self-awareness and learning choreography that will build upon skills gained each week. This class is open to everyone interested in having fun, moving to music and playing and dancing in heels. Participants should bring their own heels to class. The shoes must have a protective tip on the heel, no bare metal surfaces will be allowed.
This course is designed to introduce participants to the popular Afro-Latin styles of dance. Dancers will learn the basic movements of Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Merengue, Reggaeton and more in this high-energy class for all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or experienced dancer, you can expect to increase your coordination, flexibility, core strength, balance, technique and personal expression. Each class will begin with a fun warm-up, followed by a skills-based exercise that will introduce specific movement patterns. Classes will conclude with an interactive group freestyle demonstration to apply the skills learned in the class.
