Prior to advising at CU Boulder, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan as well as two years post-bacc in Coaching and Leadership.  I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and have been coaching and advising high school, undergraduate and graduate students for over 20 years.  My Clifton Strengths include: Strategic, Futuristic, Ideation, Activator, and Individualization.  My passion lies in personal and professional development: helping people to learn and expand on their individual strengths and how they can contribute to the whole.

My favorite quote is “We must become the change we wish to see in the world.” (Ghandi).  This inspires me to use my strengths to be a positive role model, to inspire change, and bring out the talent in others.  When I am not working, I like to spend time in the mountains with my family.
