Best professional advice: If you're interested in leadership education, be a CA! There is no better way to learn all that it takes to develop people into their greatest leadership potential. If you think you would enjoy leadership consulting, I recommend finding someone who does it already and sitting at their feet for as long as they will let you. Follow them around, watch them work. If you just like "leadership stuff" and don't know what to do with that (i.e. you're like I was), just invest deeply in the areas in which you're already serving/leading and let it go from there. Oh, and DO NOT just get a graduate degree for the heck of it.
