PLC Wellness Coordinator

All aspects of wellness will now be combined into one position on student staff. This person(s) will focus on mental, physical, and emotional wellness for the PLC student community.

Physical health is as important as mental wellness, academic achievement, soft skill aptitude, professional development, etc. This team acts alone and collaborates with other student staff teams to incorporate physical and mental wellness into both academic and experiential opportunities. This position requires a focus on increasing access and diversity in physical recreation and the variety of ways PLC students can bolster their mental wellness. Each week, the Wellness Coordinator will also be required to provide a Mental Health Minute and an Out of the Box entry in the PLC Now. These are tips and resources to grow wellness awareness among students. Additional resources on the PLC Wellness webpage (https://www.colorado.edu/plc/current-students/wellness) must be maintained and edited by this position.

Pay rate = $3250/AY for one coordinator. The pay rate will be halved for two coordinators.
