Professional background, interests and expertise: I graduated from CU in 2014 with a BSc in Chemical Engineering, and went directly to work with Schlumberger. I started as a Well Integrity Engineer in Cheyenne, WY, specializing in DJ and Powder River basins. I supervised cement crews, operated heavy equipment equipment, provided technical advice, and spent many days/nights living on a rig. I have also enjoyed assignments in Williston (ND), Lloydminster (AB), Rock Springs (WY), Tulsa (OK), and Abu Dhabi (UAE) - seeing everything from 110 degF to -50 degF. I can think of no better way for a young professional to earn their place in Upstream OGP. After my field rotation was complete, I was a Technical Sales Engineer for several years in the Denver area where I had the chance to provide design recommendations to clients across US Land. I am currently a Technical Sales Engineer.
