Professional background, interests and expertise: I have held a variety of senior positions including: CPA, investment banker, CFO, COO, President, CEO and Chairman. I have been CEO of 3 public companies and most recently Chairman & CEO of an $8 billion NYSE company. I have served on 12 public company Board of Directors and currently serve on 4 NYSE Board of Directors. I also serve on philanthropic boards and the board of private companies. I mentor and coach several executives as well as several individuals in the early part of their careers. I have consulted for a variety of companies and manage approximately $100 million of assets. I enjoy traveling having visited nearly 60 countries on five continents, hiking, kayaking and working out.
