Professional background, interests and expertise:

I currently lead business development for an innovative public-private partnership called CareerWise Colorado (www.careerwisecolorado.org). We are building Colorado's future talent pipeline through youth apprenticeship with youth and companies like HomeAdvisor, Arrow Electronics, and DaVita. Previously, I ran special projects for former Colorado Law Dean and current Attorney General Phil Weiser and Fiona Arnold, the former Chief Economic Development Director for the State of Colorado. I also did brief stints in management consulting and political campaigns. I am happy to share more about these experiences and help PLC'ers think about their own professional journeys.

Current interests outside of work: politics, entrepreneurship, and staying connected to my PLC classmates

Best professional advice: Early in your career, you want to seek out the best learning experiences for the kinds of industries/jobs you want to be in, regardless of pay. If you have the chance to work directly for an up-and-coming business, policy, or non-profit/academic leader, take it!
