Should an employee be denied an employment accommodation or receive an alternative accommodation that they consider ineffective or untimely in a Notice of Determination (“NOD”) issued by the ADA Compliance unit, they may submit an appeal of the accommodation decision to the Director of ADA Compliance/ADA Coordinator. Employees seeking an accommodation for the appeal process should contact the ADA Compliance unit.

Appeals to the Director of ADA Compliance/ADA Coordinator must be received by the ADA unit within 10 business days of the date of issuance of the NOD, absent legitimate extenuating circumstances.
