Stampede Leadership Programs
Stampede Leadership Programs (SLP) is the student involvement and leadership ecosystem within Residence Life at CU Boulder. As the umbrella organization for the Residence Hall Association (RHA), National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH), and EcoReps, SLP creates opportunities for students to build community, develop leadership skills, and make a meaningful impact on campus.
Through advocacy, recognition, sustainability initiatives, service, programming, and leadership experiences, students are empowered to connect with others, contribute to their residential communities, and grow both personally and professionally. Whether you're looking to meet new people, create positive change, explore your passions, or develop skills that will serve you long after college, SLP offers a place to get involved and make your mark at CU Boulder.
Pre-Arrival Programs help incoming students build community, develop confidence, and make meaningful campus connections before move-in day. Students can choose between Stampede Leadership Camp, a leadership-focused experience, or EcoReps, a sustainability leadership program, to begin their CU Boulder journey with a strong foundation for involvement and belonging.
The Residence Hall Association (RHA) empowers students to shape their residential experience through advocacy, programming, and community-building. Through Community Councils (CoCos) in each residence hall, students create events, represent resident voices, and build connections that foster belonging and engagement across campus.
National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) is dedicated to recognizing individuals who make a positive impact within the residential community. Through recognition initiatives, service opportunities, and leadership experiences, members help celebrate the contributions of students and staff while creating a culture of appreciation and belonging.
