Residence Hall Association
Community Starts Here
The Residence Hall Association (RHA) is the student leadership and advocacy organization for students living in CU Boulder residence halls.
Through Community Councils (CoCos), students have opportunities to create programs, advocate for their peers, develop leadership skills, and shape the residential experience. Whether planning events, building traditions, addressing student concerns, or fostering belonging within residence hall communities, RHA empowers students to make a meaningful impact where they live.
RHA exists to help students find community, develop leadership skills, and create opportunities that enhance the residential experience for all students.
Mission & Values
RHA is dedicated to fostering community, advocacy, leadership, and belonging throughout the residence halls.
Through Community Councils, campus-wide initiatives, and student-led programming, RHA creates opportunities for students to connect with one another, amplify student voices, and contribute to a positive residential experience.

Community Councils (CoCos)
Community Councils are student government bodies within each residence hall and are open to all students living in the halls.
