Roaming Ralphie Grand Opening

Date: Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2026
Time: 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
Location: University Club Parking Lot 201

Join us for the grand opening of Roaming Ralphie, CU Boulder’s new food trailer! Stop by the University Club parking lot between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to celebrate the launch and grab a bite to eat. While the UMC food court is offline this spring semester due to HVAC renovations, Roaming Ralphie will be serving up a grill-style menu and daily specials.
