Housing application timeline
- Oct.16 - Dec. 8 at 11:59 p.m. MT: Applications accepted for a random selection application process (housing is not guaranteed, you may be initially waitlisted)
- Dec. 9: All applications will be automatically waitlisted until space is available
- Dec. 13: Students who applied by Dec. 8 will receive an email with their housing status (confirmed housing or waitlisted)
- Dec. 13-17: Students who received housing must sign the contract and pay $300 by the deadline or the space will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Deadlines are firm in effort to accommodate as many applications as possible.
- Dec. 18: Waitlist status is available by emailing UniversityHousing@colorado.edu and students will receive an email if they can begin to seek off campus housing options
- Dec. 22: Cancellations received from those with contracts will receive a 20% termination charge. This charge increases to 50% and daily rate charges are included for any cancellations received beginning Jan. 11.
- Jan. 5: Assignment information will be available in the MyCULiving portal by the end of the day
- Jan. 11: Spring move-in begins
- Jan. 16: First day of spring classes
