Course Development and Support Resources
Note: The LDG team members do not provide support for courses that are outside the CU Boulder system. If you are not in the CU Boulder system, we would enjoy hearing from you about how you are using our resources, the challenges you face, and how you are addressing your challenges.
- Do you have a quick question or issue that can be answered through email?
You can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Need assistance with course revisions, troubleshooting an issue, or more in-depth questions?
Schedule a consulting session with one of the Instructional Designers on the LDG team.
- Teaching a face-to-face course that has a Canvas component, a remote, a hybrid, or an online course and your course is not in a program supported by the LDG team?
You can contact the LDG Instructional Designersors through our Get Help page.
- Teaching an online course through Continuing Education?
If you are teaching an online course that runs through Continuing Education or one of the programs that the LDG team formally supports, the support process starts with an initial meeting with one of the LDG Instructional Designers. You will receive a welcome email from the Manager of the LDG team to start your course development process.
Some of the LDG resources are available through the right navigation menu on this page.
Below are additional resources to help you get started and can be used before you schedule an initial meeting meet with someone from the LDG team. They can also be used by anyone developing or revising a course. Let us know if you have questions and we are available to meet with you to discuss your courses and help you.
