Toria Roth is an emerging Marketing executive with a successful track record of building campaign strategies and partnerships that transform brand perception for global, publicly traded companies. She has demonstrated consistent growth within organizations because of her contributions and continued drive for excellence. She has experience in leading cross-functional teams across organizations to create innovative strategies to reach consumers and culture backed by data and insights.

Professional Career

Toria has created impact early in her career and led brand defining moments within the first 10 years in the workforce. Based on her contributions she has received recognition from leadership and prominent media outlets such as Forbes and Harvard Business Review. She received her bachelor’s degree in international affairs and a minor in business from the University of Colorado (CU) at Boulder.

Currently, Toria is the Senior Manager of Global Collaborations at HEYDUDE, a prominent footwear brand and Crocs Inc. company. Following the acquisition by Crocs, Inc. she was selected by the Crocs leadership team to establish and lead a new growth and brand acceleration function for HEYDUDE, positioning her among the first strategic hires brought in to shape the brand’s next chapter under Crocs, Inc.

Toria’s notable accomplishments since joining HEYDUDE include architecting the foundational framework which has enabled the brand to establish a scalable partnership pipeline, taking the brand from 0 to more than 50 high-impact collaborations and licenses, generating over $100M and 5B+ earned media impressions. These partnerships range from the collegiate collection, with high-profile universities across the country including marquee SEC schools known for their football culture, to tapping into cultural moments with A-list talent such as Jelly Roll. Additionally, she built HEYDUDE’s inaugural influencer network, creating new, authentic pathways to engage consumers through culturally relevant voices.

Previously, Toria played a key role in establishing Crocs’ first brand partnerships team, generating sustained revenue and cultural relevance through a portfolio of award-winning campaigns, including Post Malone, Justin Bieber, Luke Combs, Bad Bunny and many more. In addition, she revitalized the brand’s social media presence—growing Crocs’ Instagram following from 145K to over 1 million and launching its TikTok channel, which rapidly scaled to over 300K followers under her leadership—positioning the brand at the forefront of digital culture.

She has stayed associated to the University of Colorado Boulder by annually connecting with students in the Leeds Business school to speak about career opportunities and provide guidance regarding internships.

Personal

Toria is recently married and is enjoying the Denver lifestyle with 2 dogs and frequent camping trips in the summer and ski days in the winter. She is an avid domestic and international traveler, seeing almost every US state and over 30 countries.
