After spending the early part of my career working for larger companies, my profession has been building companies.  I have worked in various industrial and some consumer facing industries, yet the key principles of success are common. I did this while also raising a family and being active in the community.  I have three adult kids who are working hard and thriving. I look forward to sharing my experience and insights.

My advice to students is...

Leadership is instinctual and part of this can be learned, honed particularly working with the right people.  This said, it is a heart centric leader that I have found is best able to create and share a vision that builds strong teams which accomplish meaningful results. One of my favorite quotes cites - "when a leader's work is done, the people say we did a great job."
