My personal biography/journey...
Rebecca Woodard (or Reba), has a 30-year career in Talent Development. She worked for top companies such as UPS, Becton Dickinson and Company and KPMG. With a career in learning and development, Reba found a passion for coaching others to unlock their potential that she believes lives within people. Reba’s certifications include: Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Co-Active Coaching, GROW Model, Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), DiSC, EQ-I 2.0, The Leadership Challenge, Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Reba believes that all leaders must know their own values, vision and leadership philosophy in order to inspire others.

We take an adventure to learn and reveal even more of one’s beliefs, strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge to inspire other leaders on the same journey.

My professional/coaching journey...
Reba, was coached by a coach in 2009. She was so inspired by her life coach that it became a coaching journey since then. Certified by the Co-Active training institute, Reba began to coach individuals after attending career and leadership development programs. Today, she is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified GROW Coach, Certified in Group Coaching, LPI Coach and EQi-2.0 Coach.

1) I believe that each leader is capable, creative, resourceful and full of potential.
2) I believe that when leaders join forces to take the leadership journey together, we are able to deeply explore our own, and each other's, core beliefs, strengths, skills, abilities, and knowledge.
3) I believe that actively listening to others and being empathetic creates a healthy culture.
4) I believe Leadership requires presence, authenticity, courage and the capacity to manage oneself in the face of ambiguity.

My community involvement...
- Reba's community involvement had taken her around the world to Ghana where she volunteered team building and leadership development to an organization called The King's Village.
- From there, Reba has settle in Colorado where her time is donated to the ICF local chapter of Colorado.
