My personal biography/journey...

Are you interested in elevating your leadership and getting clarity about your growth and impact? I’m a human-centered leader and leadership coach who is on an amazing journey of making this crazy life count. As a life-long learner, I’m enthusiastic about helping others discover their purpose. My perfect day includes working, music, walking, hiking,  swimming, sunsets, laughter, and random acts of kindness. I care deeply about the environment, social justice, and helping make this world a better place for all of us.

My professional/coaching journey...

I am an avid learner, facilitator of change, leadership development practitioner, and professional coach. I enjoy partnering with others in their growth and practicing radical and compassionate candor. I help others develop their emotional intelligence skills, starting with self-awareness. I’ve channeled my purpose, passions, and talents in the corporate, public, non-profit, and higher education setting in my own company, Envision Leadership Consulting.

As a coach, I’m focused on helping you realize what you want in your life and leadership. I integrate holistic and positive coaching methods and co-create an intentionally designed roadmap to live your most fulfilling life. This happens through a positive and psychologically safe relationship. Coaching involves exploration, curiosity, challenge, deep empathy, achievement, powerful questions, reflection, and transformation through choice, perspective, balance, and fulfillment.
