My advice to students...
Your wellbeing is fundamental to who you are. You don’t need to add anything in each moment to relax into your wellbeing. From that platform you can advance your external situation with hard work and perseverance. Success often comes after many failures. Believe in yourself, keep moving forward and it will happen.
