My personal biography/journey…

I was born in Poland before immigrating to the US when I was five years old. I grew up in Connecticut. The theme that has always shown up in my life is wanting to help others, but I knew before I could help others I needed to go out and find my own unique and authentic life. To face the same discomfort, fear, uncertainties, and anxieties that come with making the changes in your life to fully step into your potential.

In my 20s, I spent four years backpacking and traveling around the world trying on different versions of myself. I challenged my beliefs and perspectives, the capabilities I thought I had, and the person I thought I was.

I have a deep belief that each person is capable of carving out their unique place in the world. I help you connect the seemingly unrelated dots in your life while guiding and challenging you to pursue the life you envision and the leader you want to become.

I now live in Boulder, CO. I like spending long periods of time in nature with no cell service, running ultramarathons, backpacking, and bikepacking.

My professional/coaching journey...

When I returned from my travels, I shifted my focus to helping others. I worked in Leadership Development at a tech startup, utilizing personality and leadership assessments to build personalized coaching programs for organizations. This experience confirmed I was on the right path, but I wanted to help people at a deeper one on one level.

I enrolled in a coach training program from the Co-Active Training Institute, considered the gold standard in coach training, and received my CPCC. I took the plunge into entrepreneurship, and started my own life and leadership coaching company. I've also spent over 20 nights in silent meditation retreats, and that continues to be an integral part of my growth.

I believe successful leadership is grounded in self-awareness, authenticity, curiosity, and holding a vision for the future while putting people first.
