My personal biography/journey...
I am a certified professional coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), one of the most well-established and respected coaching programs in the United States. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds with a variety of goals that encompass all facets of the human experience: personal growth, leadership, career, relationships, and spirituality. My goal is to support you in reaching your personal goals to help you live your most authentic, meaningful, and actualized life. I have 14 years of nonprofit communications and marketing experience for organizations including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the National Ecological Observatory Network, and the University of Colorado Boulder. I am a writer and a mother to an amazing son. I have lived in New York City, Washington, DC, Seattle and Seoul, but Colorado will always be my home.
My professional/coaching journey...
I coach because I believe global change begins with personal transformation. I was called to this work because I wanted to cultivate a well-lived life for myself and support others in that same pursuit.
