My advice to students...

In order to be a successful leader in business, in government or in the military, you must always focus on your people, motivating them in a positive way to be the best they can be in any situation, good times or hard times. Leadership is NOT about organizations, NOT about management, it is solely and truly only about your people. Learn how to work with your people in a positive manner; learn how to positively motivate them. Your reward will be their success!
