YMCA Northern Colorado
I am the CEO of the YMCAs of Northern Colorado that covers the areas north of Denver up to Cheyenne with over 700 employees. I also teach Leadership for the PLC at CU and Finance at MSU. Additionally, I am working at the national level to create a unified business approach for all Ys, and another project that uplifts the childcare curriculum using Pop Culture to teach Social Emotional Learning.
My advice to students...
Time on the planet matters, you never get the whole story until you talk to at least 8 people, you must filter your response to people by trying to view their point of view based on life experience, and lastly; words matter.
