My advice to students...
Understand that I believe the greatest trait (among many) of a leader is humility. Leaders must combine many traits but the ability to understand that you don't have all the answers nor do you need to have all the answers allows you to freely seek the input of others and develop the right answer. While many leaders appear to be born as such, leadership is a learned skill that can be developed through disciplined thought, experience and a willingness to observe and learn.
