I have been involved in multiple businesses in various fields. I started my business career in retail with very limited savings and borrowed funds. I was able to grow that retail business enabling me to venture into real estate investments and develop a SaaS business.
Since those days I have been working as a consultant with the Small Business Development Center; a division of the SBA. From my consulting experience at the SBDC I saw a crucial need for helping business partners navigate their relationship; from initial business formation to dealing with issues that develop as they grow. Conflict on some level between partners is inevitable. We guide them through those speed bumps.

My advice to students...

Retail has been a great education for me because you have to become an expert in so many areas: product, client, money and staff management, branding, marketing and predicting the future. These and many more are crucial to success. I am a true believer that anyone can accomplish their goals but you must use your time and all your resources efficiently. Each business owner must become the expert in their field. Once you gain that confidence you can convince others of your leadership and potential.
