My personal biography/journey...

Christian is an alumna of the United States Air Force Academy where he studied Behavioral Sciences and Leadership, and competed as a team captain on the Fightin' Falcon football team. He also holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder. Christian has encountered a plethora of experiences in the United States Air Force as a commissioned officer, working alongside high-caliber professionals in the United States, as well as overseas. Today he is a regional learning and development leader with a global company, affiliate professor at Colorado Christian University, and certified professional coach. He is also founder of Attitude and Effort Coaching, and his heart's desire is to make a lasting impact on others while supporting them to impact the world.

My professional/coaching journey...

Christian's initial exposure to coaching was through sports. He had a number of great coaches he worked with through his college years, and he even had the opportunity to coach football himself for three years. Christian fell in love with the transformative process of coaching student athletes. More than preparing student-athletes for the field of play, Christian also prepared these individuals to be great students, professionals, and leaders. After completing his time as a sports coach, Christian pursued and acquired his certification as a professional coach. His passion is navigating personal and professional endeavors with individuals and promoting transformational experiences along the way.
