Chau McAusland
- (she/her)
- Office Manager

Chau started her journey at CU in the School of Law and has recently taken on the role of Office Manager at the Center for Leadership. With a background in librarianship, Chau’s passion for literacy and community outreach has led her to work in academic, public, and school libraries, including eight wonderful years as a school librarian in the Bay Area. A proud alumna of UC Berkeley, where she majored in Cultural Anthropology, Chau has a deep love for learning and connecting with communities.
Since moving to Colorado in 2021, one thing that stands out is how much Coloradans adore their pets—especially dogs! As a devoted advocate for animal welfare, Chau has embraced every opportunity to volunteer and even get involved in legislative efforts around animal rights. When she’s not at work or volunteering, you’ll find her enjoying long nature walks with her dogs or savoring her partner’s incredible culinary creations.
