My personal biography/journey...

I identify as a citizen of the world; my life’s journey having been filled with relocations for personal and professional reasons. Born and raised in Cote d’Ivoire (West Africa) from a mixed heritage of Ivorian and French parents, I spent 5 decades living across Africa, Europe, and North America. I am now settled in Littleton, Colorado, with my husband, our teenage son, and our dog Scooby.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, discovering new culinary experiences, taking long walks, practicing yoga and meditation, painting, and reading.

As you may have guessed, I am bilingual French and English.

My professional/coaching journey...

I have worn many hats in my 20+ years of experience, from scientist to project manager to group leader, and, more recently, to an executive in a multi-national company.

I am at a stage of my life where I want to live more purposefully. Because I have first-hand experience with the challenges of being culturally different (mixed heritage; culture shock; female in a male dominant work environment; part of a minority), I want to raise more awareness on the “side effects” of cultural uprooting, and how coaching can help with such identity crisis and positively impact people’s well-being and life. And that is how I became a Coach!

I am a life coach and a cultural coach who partners with clients who want to increase their cultural competence for better communication and performances. I believe that a successful life is living by your values. Hence, my coaching approach is strength-based and founded on the values of authenticity and diversity.
