Leeds Scholars Program • Class of 2023
Anya is a fourth-year student in the Leeds Scholars Program. She is originally from Longmont, Colorado and is pursuing degrees in Business Administration and Information Management. To Anya, “leadership has three components: being kind, being humble, and being human”. The basic leadership trait of inclusion, listening to others, and building community are so rare within the college student population, but Anya is a natural, always wanting to bring up those around her. Anya not only brings awareness to situations where others are being treated unfairly, but finds creative solutions to move the group forward in a positive and more unified direction.
