My personal biography/journey...
I am excited to join the coaching team at CU after serving hundreds of students at other universities.  I am a proud parent of a CU Boulder graduate.  I’ve supported and coached my own four children as they navigated different college experiences and look forward to working with you.  I love to explore Colorado while camping and hiking; I’m an avid snow and water skier.  Gardening, reading and spoiling my four grand-dogs round out my free time. I am a champion of women and underrepresented students with a passion for helping others develop their strengths and learn to live with joy and purpose.

My professional/coaching journey...
My professional journey began at Columbia University School of Law helping students find their perfect job and career path.  More recently it involved supporting women students, faculty and staff at a STEM university in Colorado.  Along the way, I’ve received awards and recognition for outstanding mentoring and DI&A employee engagement.   I am a certified professional coach and workshop facilitator with experience helping students and employees find their best path to success, effectiveness, and happiness.  I use various assessment tools to help clients understand their motivations, strengths and saboteurs including CoreStrengths 2.0, and Positive Intelligence (PQ).  Through coaching, I help students develop skills in conflict management, communication, time management, career planning, leadership development, positive intelligence and mindfulness.
