Alexis Halkovic
- Co-CEO CultureCamp, AI
I am a leadership coach, an entrepreneur, and a social psychologist. I am interested in how systems affect individuals and groups and ways people resist. I have spent two decades leading people, projects, and major organizational and culture change initiatives. Most recently, I have become the co-CEO of CultureCamp AI – a tool designed to help coaches go deep in their understanding of how organizational culture affects groups and organizations. I have a special interest in existential coaching, ethics in coaching and psychology, and how AI changes the way we work and live. I am a member of Planina: Songs of Eastern Europe and volunteer with Ignite Adaptive Sports at Eldora.
My advice to students...
As you start to think about what you want to do as a career, think about the impact you would like to make on the world, the things that bring you joy, and the things that you are so good at you don't even notice you are doing them. If you can bring these elements together, you will build a life that will give you deep satisfaction.
Take time to think deeply and discover various different ways of creating a life. Some people will have one clear path forward and others will wander - and, in their wandering will discover many important things about themselves and the world they are part of. Allow yourself to discover who you are. That's what life is about.
