My advice to students is...

  • ​Trust your team.
  • Never compete with them. Their success is your success.
  • Work to create as much diversity as possible within your organization.
  • Demand the highest level of integrity of yourself and your team.
  • Encourage innovation. Be brave. Never be afraid to fail.
  • Always give back to your team and the community. The more you give, the more
  • you will get. Simple rule to live by.
  • Expect the highest level of integrity from your employer. If that is in
  • question. Move on to one that meets your standards.
  • Have fun, smile and laugh. Celebrate success around you.
  • Always take time for yourself and your family.  Strive for a balanced life.
