My advice to students is...
- Trust your team.
- Never compete with them. Their success is your success.
- Work to create as much diversity as possible within your organization.
- Demand the highest level of integrity of yourself and your team.
- Encourage innovation. Be brave. Never be afraid to fail.
- Always give back to your team and the community. The more you give, the more
- you will get. Simple rule to live by.
- Expect the highest level of integrity from your employer. If that is in
- question. Move on to one that meets your standards.
- Have fun, smile and laugh. Celebrate success around you.
- Always take time for yourself and your family. Strive for a balanced life.
