In this interactive workshop, you'll explore how small actions build trust, credibility, and influence, and learn practical strategies for stepping up, solving problems, and making an impact wherever you are. You'll leave with a simple framework for recognizing leadership opportunities and a personal action plan you can put into practice right away.
