Welcome to the CFL Team, Chloe!

Meet Chloe Nicklas, our new Program Coordinator for Civic Impact Chloe defines leadership as showing up for others in a way that supports and uplifts them so they can grow into leaders themselves. Originally from Baltimore, she came to University of Colorado Boulder where she earned her degree in Political Science and Women and Gender Studies. During her time here, she served as Student Body President, worked with the Student Organization Allocations Committee, and was a Research Assistant studying campus architecture. She later worked as a Constituent Advocate and Communications Assistant for Congressman Joe Neguse right here in Boulder. Outside of work, Chloe loves getting outside, taking care of her plants, shooting lifestyle photography, and cooking new recipes. She also has a cattle dog named Red. We’re so excited to have her on the team.
