Whether you’re just starting or ready to deepen your leadership footprint, the Emerging Leadership Academyis CU Boulder’s campus-wide leader development program for undergraduate students. Grounded in the CFL’s leadership competency model, the program guides students through a sequenced journey of learning, observing, feedback and doing — all in as little as a single semester.
