Joseph Levy
Graduate Student
Department of Psychology and Neuroscience

Joey is a student in the Clinical Psychology PhD program at CU. Before joining this program, Joey received his BA from Duke University, where he studied Psychology and Global Health. He then worked as a Professional Research Assistant and Senior Project Manager for the Renée Crown Wellness Institute. He is fascinated by research and interventions that work to prevent the development of mental health disorders or, reciprocally, to enable healthy development. His background in global health has also made him especially interested in the potential for large-scale dissemination of these types of interventions through task sharing, online access, community partnerships, or other innovative strategies.
