This notice applies to our practices for collecting and processing personal information related to the Cingo Insights Mobile App housed at the University of Colorado Boulder. The general privacy statement describes activities conducted by the Cingo Insights Mobile App that involve the collection and processing of personal information.

What Information We Collect
Cingo Insights Mobile App collects the following information in these ways:
When you directly provide it to us in the app, such as sharing about your mood ratings.
Directly collected information may include:
- Research ID
- When technology captures your information automatically, such as when you log in and authenticate through the app. Automatically collected information includes:
- Device-level ID
- Device type
- Device name
- Crash logs
- App performance data, like load times
- Native Sensor Data:
- Location information, only if you grant Cingo Insights Mobile App location permission for the study
- Timestamps
- Geographic data, like country
- Acceleration
- Mobile app interactions such as app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling information, or other information about how users interact with the app
- Apple SensorKit
How We Use Information
The University of Colorado Boulder uses information about your interactions with the Cingo Insights Mobile App to:
- Enable app functionality, like push notifications
- Monitor app performance, perform technical diagnostics, and make improvements to the overall user experience
- Process location data are ephemerally, stored in device memory, and retained no longer than necessary in order to process requests. No location data is stored in our database.
With Whom We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your information collected in the Cingo Insights Mobile App. Data collected by Cingo Insights will be used for research purposes and to improve functionality of the mobile app.
What Choices You Can Make About Your Information
If you wish to opt out of data collection, you must withdrawal from the research study and uninstall the application. To do so, use the standard uninstall process of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
How We Keep Personal Information Secure
The University of Colorado Boulder recognizes the importance of maintaining the security of the information it collects. We strive to protect information from unauthorized access and use, and ensure reasonable security measures are in place to keep your personal information secure.

This privacy notice may be updated from time to time. We will post the date our notice was last updated at the top of this privacy notice.

To opt out, you must uninstall the mobile application from your phone and notify the the raddlab@colorado.edu to withdraw from the research study.
