Service Alert: Internal Server Error

The MyISSS portal is currently experiencing an internal server error that occurs upon submission of an e-form. Despite receiving this error, your e-form will most likely have been successfully submitted. Click on the back button in your browser to view the status of your e-form. Only resubmit the e-form if it is not in a Submitted status (submitted statuses include Submitted, Pending Office Approval, Routed to a Third Party or Incomplete if an e-form has a second approver).

  • A summary of the status of current e-form submissions can be viewed in the Requests section at the bottom of your MyISSS portal homepage.

How to Access MyISSS Portal

  1. Open the portal at https://isss.cu.edu
    • It is recommended that you use the FireFox browser with the MyISSS portal
  2. Select the Login button

  3. Select your Campus (CU Boulder)

  4. Login using your IdentiKey and IdentiKey password
    • If given an option, select Full Client Services (NOT Limited Client Services)
