Coastal hydrodynamics • Water transport modeling • Statistical machine learning

I study how rivers and other environmental systems can be better understood and predicted using data-driven models. My research combines hydrology with statistical machine learning to forecast water levels and flows, fill gaps in monitoring data, and complement traditional physical models. I am also interested in developing flexible, interpretable tools that can be applied to diverse environmental datasets, monitoring systems, and research questions.
