Ecology of threatened and endangered species • Pika

I am interested in how natural and anthropogenic changes affect the ecology of threatened and endangered species. Currently, I am working on understanding the microclimatic meteorological processes to infer how macroclimatic events could influence the distribution of alpine species, mainly, how those changes will affect the distribution of the American pika, an indicator species of the human-aided climate change.
