Kim recently completed her PhD in history from CU. Her dissertation, “Moral Obligation to Our Farmers,” traces the ways that World War I food policies affected American farm policies and foreign food aid. She completed her BA and MA at the University of North Texas where she wrote her thesis on the Civilian Conservation Corps in Big Bend National Park.
