shelves of pills at the pharmacy

Naloxone is indicated for the reversal of opioid overdose induced by natural or synthetic opioids in the setting of respiratory depression or unresponsiveness.

Naloxone can be picked up at the pharmacy upon request, without a prescription. Our supplies are often available through donations or grants, in which case there is no charge for the medication. If that stock is unavailable, the medication can be billed to insurance or purchased out of pocket. You may contact the pharmacy with any questions on availability and pricing.

Additional resources for addiction and recovery can be found through the CU Collegiate Recovery Center.
