Miranda has a strong passion for providing one-on-one, individualized nutrition care, integrating evidence-based recommendations that are tailored to each patient’s unique nutritional needs. She is dedicated to ensuring that every patient feels heard, supported, and understood while receiving compassionate nutritional counseling. Miranda strives to build meaningful relationships with each patient, taking the time to fully understand their personal health goals, challenges, and preferences, so she can create a tailored approach that best suits their needs

Prior to moving to Colorado to join the Wardenburg team, Miranda worked as an outpatient dietitian at a large health system in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During her time there, she provided nutrition education and counseling for a wide range of medical conditions, including cardiac and renal issues, gastrointestinal disorders, as well as food allergies and intolerances.

I would love to make it to all 7 continents someday. My next big trip will hopefully be a safari in South Africa

Favorite thing about working in college health

I love how open, motivated, and eager to learn students are. It is also such a special and important time in one's life to help set them up for success further down the road.

Sports nutrition, disordered eating/eating disorders, medical nutrition therapy, food intolerances and allergies.
