Our award‑winning Mentor Program is back!

This program pairs staff with experienced mentors across BFI to support career growth, confidence, and connection. Participants meet regularly, engage in guided development activities, and build relationships that strengthen our entire division.

New this year: If you’re interested in helping a CU Boulder colleague earn their GED, we are also seeking mentors for our GED support initiative. If you’d like to learn more about what that entails, Kelsey will share details during the info sessions or individually upon request.
