The BFI Mentor Program (BFI-MP) offers staff a chance to grow—both professionally and personally—through meaningful mentorship and ongoing learning.
What to Expect
- Partner teams are matched based on experience and career interests
- Participation is fully voluntary, and matches must be mutual
- Partners should be:
- Strong listeners
- Open communicators
- Willing to share knowledge and experiences
Partners are expected to meet at least twice per month, with overall time commitment determined by each pair.
